2010 Camp Registration Confirmation:
You will be sent a confirmation email when your registration has been processed. This email will contain the schedule for the camp, drop off and pick up times, a personal gear list, and liability and medical forms for you to fill out. Please review the email thoroughly and mail the completed forms back to us at least two weeks before the start date of the camp.

TRC Base Camp
Ages 7-11 : $250 per week
Sessions:D(7/19 -7/23), E(8/2 -8/6)

TRC Summit Camp:
Ages 12+ : $400 ($350 for TRC Members)
Sessions: B(7/5- 7/9), C(7/19- 7/23), D(8/2- 8/6)

* Payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling must be done at least two weeks prior to the beginning of the session. Rescheduling requests less than two weeks before the beginning of the camp are not guaranteed. The Triangle Rock Club reserves the right to adapt or to cancel sessions due to under-enrollment, inclement weather, and other factors out of our control. Under-enrolled sessions will be cancelled at least two weeks before the beginning of the session, and we will offer registered campers the option to reschedule or refund their payment. In the case of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent proceeding with any specific session as it was originally intended, TRC will first make all reasonable accommodations and adaptations to continue the session to a comparable quality and similar experience. Should we be forced to cancel the trip, we will offer each camper a prorated refund for the canceled portion of the session.
